I'm definatly out of my element, and I just know what I want to see, and that's not what I'm seeing right now. Honestly, it's my own fault, but I've never ONCE done a forum and I have not the slightest clue how to do it! I need help, and anyone who can help me run this site would be my second in command and an admin as well. Is anyone interested?

And I want the toolbar to scroll WITH the page. Not stay at the top like it is right now. Anyone who can help me get this done, passes my test and I am willing to run the site with you.
