Disclaimer: I don't own the Dragon Age franchise, and this is only to be used for entertainment purposes and not for profit at all.
You will need to be accepted before you can start posting, if you do not get accepted and instead immediatly start posting, then all posts you put up shall be deleted.
A new player must follow the templates, and cannot make templates by themselves, it makes the site look a lot less organised.
No ic templates.
Your screen shot will be of the character, don't let it be to large.
Hawke and The Grey Warden may only be ONE of each. These characters must be active, or that hawke will be removed and replaced. The image of them will be a screen shot, NOT TO LARGE.
You will register as the FULL name of the character. If YOUR name is TwilightSparkles, you will INSTEAD put 'Varric Tethras' if you wanted to play Varric Tethras
Remain IN character the entire time, admins will be checking up on replies to be sure you don't fall out of character. If you do, you will be notified and if you continue to play the character incorrectly the canon will be removed from your power.
Sign on at least weekly, and post at least once in that week. If you cannot do such, any admin holds the ability to delete your character.
Characters up for deletion shall be notified a head of time! They will be sent a pm, and if they do not listen then their character will be taken.
Canon relationships are HEAVILY discouraged, I don't want to say they aren't allowed, but they are severly frowned upon. Please, if you ARE going to do such a thing, make it within reason. That means NO Fenris and Anders.
Canons are allowed, simply sign up as the character you desire.
Own characters are of the hawke family or a grey warden. You will change the FIRST name of the character, so 'Sparrow Hawke' is a perfect example. All hawkes are NOT related, and are just variations of the character we play. Same thing for the grey warden title, you simply put in a first name. 'Sparrow The Grey Warden' is a perfect example.
You CANNOT have your character know EVERYTHING. If you're flemeth, then yes. Varric, however.. PROBABLY won't know about Sten being locked in a cage in lothering.
Topics will be written like so Creative Title ~ Players involved.
All players will be listed, even the person who started the title.
Keep travelling within reason, if someone is going to travel across the planet, put into the post that they had travelled or something. Maybe HOW they travelled. Saying that they wandered about until they found a town will be frowned upon and it's amazingly annoying.
For Dragon Age Origin characters the blight was started and the grey warden has united ONE main portion of the quest. Aka, zevran hasn't been hired yet, as that's on the second or third (I forget). Lothering has fallen, and The Hawkes have just arrived in Kirkwall. No deep roads yet.
You may progress the story line, aka, find a Zevran or and a Bartrand and Varric, and play out the events. Such as Zevran being hired and attempting to kill the warden, or the deep roads. You may not do heavy time skips. As this would affect the entire site!
In your character sheet, insert the keyword Hakuna Mutata where prompted.
